A commercial building delivered under our franchise-model joint venture and occupied by Gloria Jean’s Coffees, the international café brand. Three storeys with a brick-accented façade address the commercial avenue, with the café’s ground-floor frontage, warm timber interiors and a shaded terrace overlooking the street. Our second Gloria Jean’s building is on the campus of The University of Lahore.
A second building for Gloria Jean’s Coffees — this time on the campus of The University of Lahore. Rafiq Enterprises built the two-storey café pavilion: a double-height café behind a full-height glazed front, a mezzanine, and an open upper deck under a slatted canopy, lit for the evening.

Burnout Fitness Club is a full-floor club built around strength — free weights and plate-loaded machines, a cardio line of treadmills and bikes, and a turf lane for functional training — with weight-lifting, personal-training and body-building programmes.
