Rafiq Enterprises is a Lahore-headquartered construction and development company with twenty-five years of experience delivering institutional, commercial and residential buildings — and a growing presence in the Sultanate of Oman and the People’s Republic of China.
For a quarter of a century we have built the facilities that institutions and brands rely on every day — school campuses, café and banking premises, commercial buildings, a fitness club and a complete residential community of our own. Our reputation has been earned on site: one project, one partner, one promise at a time.
Our specialism is the joint venture. Leading names in education, food & beverage and banking choose Rafiq to deliver purpose-built premises to their exact standards. We take responsibility for the building and hand it over ready to operate.

Our company grew project by project, through partnerships with some of Pakistan’s most respected names — the Beaconhouse School System, The City School, The University of Lahore, Gloria Jean’s Coffees and Allied Bank. Our joint-venture model rests on a fair exchange: we build to our partner’s exact standards and hand over a facility ready to serve, so they can focus on what they do best.
That same discipline now travels with us. In the Sultanate of Oman, Rafiq Global Trade supplies heavy machinery to the region’s construction companies. In Chongqing, our trading company exports from China’s manufacturing heartland.
